seems like a great idea to me......

other than the simple xmms, bmp, the majority of large databse media players (i.e. amarok, rhythmbox, quodlibet) are very "bloated".......

That was the idea. Amarok uses around 40-50mb of ram. Mine uses 10 currently. I got the inspiration from the fact that I really like databse players, but I cant stand the screen real estate they use.
