Personal File Sharing Issues

Hey there I can not get personal file sharing to work. It sucks because I had it working did a update and now it doesn't. I am sharing over wi-fi and having everything turned on. I can not see anything in Network under work group. Not sure what to do I could really use some help please.

Do you get a message in personal file sharing preferences about some missing packages? If so:
- install synaptic through ubuntu software center
- install apache2 through synaptic
