I have searched the forums for someone who asked a similar question but it is not for the right product and most didnt work.

My question is about the Lexar 16GB MicroSDHC With Adapter Memory Card.

I have attached the Adapter Memory Card with the memory card inside and it does not show up in ubuntu. I am using 11.04.

I typed dmesg in the terminal and I get this:

[ 509.900202] usb 2-1: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 6
[ 510.049764] scsi4 : usb-storage 2-1:1.0
[ 511.057619] scsi 4:0:0:0: Direct-Access Generic USB SD Reader 1.00 PQ: 0 ANSI: 0 CCS
[ 511.059130] sd 4:0:0:0: Attached scsi generic sg3 type 0
[ 511.064955] sd 4:0:0:0: [sdc] Attached SCSI removable disk

How can I get it to work?

Are you sure the card reader in your computer is good for SDHC cards and/or mini SDHC in an adapter?

Yes, it came with the SDHC card. Also, its a USB key type that you just plug in the micro SDHC card in and plug into your usb slot.

This product but the 16GB version.
