Hello all!
I'm trying to install Anarchy Online (uber old MMO) into GameTree Linux (I was thinking this might be a better candidate than WINE because it sports more options for compatibility..)

The problem I'm facing is that when I go to install it, it just hangs. Here's what I've done:

Open GameTree Linux.
Click "Install a Game"
Cancel the "Searching for CD/DVD" dialog.
Chose "Anarchy Online" from the "GDDB Profile" drop down.
Chose "Browse" to select the AO Installer.
Left the remainder of the settings as is, because these compatibility settings only refer to the installation, not the actual game running.
Clicked "Install", and the button just stays down, and hangs.

Also, there's no GameTree Linux or Cedega board on this forum, and GameTree Linux has no forum. http://i.imgur.com/8Cx2u.png for a screenie.

Plz halp! lol. Thanks. :)

GameTree is basically not updated since a few years.
The only thing that happend was a name change from Cedega to GameTree.

However, you can run Anarchy Online with Wine.

Here is a thread about it:
