Ok i got noticed that on every linux distro, i cant open certain web pages like skype, thepiratebay ...

By default on firefox its not possible to even load the title of the page.
On Opera, the only page that opens is skype after waiting 1 minute.

From windows i can browse without problems. Its not about the browsing speed.
How to fix this?

Are you using a proxy in Windows?

You should have no issue using the internet with Linux.

How to fix this? Both Sype and PirateBay open without problem for me on FF3.6.

What URL do you use? What kind of "ping" times to you have to these sites? What addresses do they resolve to?

If you install Firebug in Firefox, it has a nice view of your network wait times for each page element.
