View Full Version : Why are fonts on Firum so bad

in all browsers and in both WinXp (IE6) and Ubuntu (FF, Epi, Opera, Galeon). In ubuntu I have installed MSttcorefonts and set the default to Arial. In IE6 it is also fuzzy, and with breaks. Not crisp at all.

Is there a setting I got use to get them to be crispier?

I cant seem to reproduce this. Are you using custom fonts in your browsers? If so set it to the default once and see if that fixes it.

sorry, yes, I am using arial. How do I chnage it to default?

In ie6 there are no font settings options. so I guess I do not know how to do that in there.

In the past few days I've had the forum fonts change on me too. Using FF on XP.

Yah, I have that exact font quality on my Kubuntu in All browsers; and in IE6 in XP.

issue fixed.. you might need to clear your browsers cache.

Is this problem fixed for everyone? I'm getting this (see attached) on konqueror and firefox.

All the fonts are bad, but look in particular at the bold text.
