Hi,
I am looking for a free program to merge, split, rearrange pages in PDF files.
I looked at PDF-Shuffler but it does not work at all on Ubuntu Natty 64-bit. PDF Mod and pdfsam do not do rearranging.
THX!!

Thanks but pdfchain does not rearrange the pages, I just checked.
It's if I have pages 1,2,3,4,5 but I want them to go 1,4,5,2,3.

Yes it does, go to merge, then add the pages and rearrange them in any order and then save. (or you may need to split them first if p1-10 are in one file)

Yes, all my pages are in a single file.
I see I have to split first then merge... I do not count that as having a rearrange feature. Besides I need to see the pages I am rearranging.
PDF-Shuffler comes close, too pity it has got a bug on Ubuntu 11.04 so it cannot save the edited pdf file.

Thanks! I was in need of exactly this a few weeks back, but ended up just using my Mac and using Preview to rearrange. Now I've got it for the future. Check.
