Hard Disk failing?

I've just run a hard disk benchmark in Ubuntu and have got the following results for my hard disk:

Minimum read rate: 673.3 kB/s
Maximum read rate: 90.5 MB/s
Average read rate: 63.9 MB/s

The graph also shows several massive drops from the peak rate.

The SMART analysis also shows the following warnings:

Reallocated sector count: 4784207 sectors
Current pending sector count: 246 sectors

Doesn't look good eh?

Backup ASAP if you haven't done so already. Yes, it is failing and should be replaced. When you recycle it, make sure it is wiped first.
