You earn 1 bean for every post, except in the cafe or jail, I think. Here is the way the bean status changes:
Beans Position
1-2 Ubuntu Green Beans
3-15 First Cup Of Ubuntu
15-99 5 Cups Of Ubuntu
100-249 A Carafe Of Ubuntu
250-400 Way too much Ubuntu
400-550 Quad Shot Of Ubuntu
500-700 Dipped In Ubuntu
700-800 Has an Ubuntu Drip
800-1000 100% Pure Ubuntu
1000-5000 Fresh Brewed Ubuntu
5000+ Ubuntu Mocha Milkshakes (Aysiu & azz appear to be the only holders of this)

Spilling the beans means you're close to the next stage; I think that for some stages, you ask people to "Just give me those beans!"
Please note that while the list of bean titles as given by johnc4510, above, is undoubtedly correct, the titles are known to change randomly - and there is no officially approved list. Perhaps that should go into the wiki....
My personal theory is that the forum masters are hell-bent on driving as many of us to caffeine-fuelled insanity as possible :-)

And it just seems like I just crossed into "Woah! These Aren't Roasted!"

well that list is very general, and doesn't go into specifics. btw, "just give me the beans" happens when you have around 90-100 beans

There is a thread in the Cafe about beans, and I thought it was moved...
Seriously, anyone reading this who thinks beans matter, realize that this discussion resulted in beans for all participants, so look at the quality of advice and previous posts before judging a poster.
My previous posts will probably show I am knowledgeable about some things but am by no means an expert.

If memory serves, that "Spilled the Beans" title doesn't last very long (unless the admins changed it). Just keep posting and see what happens. Maybe even 15 beans will change to the next title...
