gtkPod problems with m4a files

Hey everyone,
I have recently purchased an album from the iTunes store, but when I went to put the songs on my iPod, "gtkPod iPod manager" claimed that it knew about the m4a file type, but analysis failed. Please tell me if I haven't given enough information because these problems are not my strong point.

Have you installed libmp4v2-0 ?

sudo apt-get install libmp4v2-0
