Ubuntu 11.04 Keyboard Not Working On Startup

I installed Ubuntu fine and everything works and at the time the keyboard worked but for some reason, most times when I turn on Ubuntu the keyboard doesn't work and I can't do anything. I logged in with the on-screen and it didn't work at login either. It is working now but the only way I got it working is by hard resetting several times until, for some strange reason I can type again.

Ubuntu version 11.04 64-bit

My Laptop I'm using is the Lenovo Y560. This is my keyboard:
