When I update packages with update manager, I find it sometimes appears to "stall". When I open the +Details panel, I find that the changelog-pager is waiting for me to dismiss it with the 'q' keystroke. This means that I cannot run updates unattended and read the change-logs later if I want. Is there a way to disable the changelog-pager so that I can run unattended updates?

I looked in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d and found several files with info that tells it where to find the changelog server, but nothing to disable this feature.
