Decided I needed a crash course in GIMP, so I created this wall. For my first time out with the program, it came out fairly well. Some steps left me wishing for photoshop... but things came together.

yeah, chalk it up to inexperience with GIMP. I struggled with having either a very jagged edge on the rim of the mug or too soft an edge. I'd do a photoshop version for comparison, but at the moment I'm too lazy.

perhaps I'll bump the thread when I get around to it.
