I am ssh into a server using ssh -X.
I want to view the file system with firefox. But when I try this with some computers it works and others it does not.
I simply type firefox and on some computers it opens firefox on the server in which i intend. On other computers it opens firefox and I can only view the files on the local computer.
Any help would be much appreciated. Let me know if you need me to be more clear or if I can give any more information.
Wubi Ubuntu 10.04 and 11.04. I am ssh'ing into a scientific linux server. SL 6 I believe.

I have figured it out.... I can open firefox through the ssh client if I don't have an active session of firefox open. If anyone knows why this is or a way around it let me know
Thanks!
