Can you post the part of the log you are concerned with ? Those links are over 20 or so pages long.

Sorry but I wanted to provide as much of the log for the time strange thing were happening to my desktop.

Mouse arrow moving by itself. Volume slider increasing volume and music randomly starting up when no media apps are open.

You running a VNC server (desktop sharing) of any kind ?

I'm running no servers. I deleted every ssh vpn vnc server I could find. Only port open on nmap was cups.

Sharing is off. Samba deleted. Desktop sharing deleted. I tried to make everything secure as I could.

NetworkManager[862]: VPN: loaded org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.pptp The above line stood out. Im not running any services. http://ubuntuone.com/p/14kg/ to see more from the syslog on a couple of pages.
