Hello,

I have installed DHCP3 server on my Ubuntu 10.10. I am using GADMIN-DHCPD 0.4.9 to start and configure the service.
Now the problem is that i would like the DHCP service to start automatically with the OS... I tried to add the program to start up, but i still need to press "activate" button for the service to run... I also tried to add

sudo /etc/init.d/dhcp3-server start

but still nothing. I just need to point out that then i try to start the service from terminal using above commend, i am getting an error: check syslog for diagnostic, but using the program everything is fine.

Please help.

Thank you in advance.
Peter

PS. I am Linux rookie...
