Sorry my bad. I've found it in the settings bit of admin. :p

Glad you got it figured out. For other people having this problem as of Torrent Flux 2.1 on there isn't a config file for the settings, it is in the web based interface goto Downloads and click admin and you will see the settings.

All other config files are located in /var/www/center/content/conf ......for now atleast
