i installed Ubuntu 10.04 on a fujitsu tablet pc and when ever i boot it up it wants the password for the keyring so it can login to wireless. is there a way to keep it from asking every time?
i have it set to login automatically

auto login bypasses the keyring and so you get prompted.

You can get around it by setting a blank password for your keyring in passwords and encryption however this is not best pracitce and will also allow others to look over your shoulder if you are logged in and see your passwords in clear text.

however it would seem if you are using auto login then security is not an issue for you from that respect but auto login is not best practice either ;-)

upto you, it can be done but not recommended
