Hi good folks. I tried using "sudo -i" to unlock the root so I could add sun java and have no admin rights in opt folder and so on. I'm must be missing something. Thanks in advance. :) I usually use this method (http://sites.google.com/site/easylinuxtipsproject/java) to install java.

Try 'sudo su' to run as root in terminal and when done just type 'exit' to return to normal account.

I have it now. Instead of "gksudo nautilus" it's "gksudo thunar" in zubuntu. :)
