Natty Narwhal will not load music discs In vlc rhythm box or banshee

Two things - first, install the restricted extras package (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats)in case that has something to do with it


sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras

Second, do any other cds/dvds work in your drive? Maybe your cd/dvd drive isn't mounted/working properly
