Each account comes with 1 GB of home directory storage, and is customizable by the respective user. According to inQub, this service is ideal for "Linux beginners who don't want to go through the hassles of a Linux installation, occasional Linux users who don't want to have a dual boot configuration, [and] frequent travellers who are tired of customizing dozens of computers."

That's pretty cool. Hope it catches on for business users who don't want to lug a laptop around all the time. Might give Linux a little boost.

have been offering this kind of service for free for some time now. However, I'm not sure how much space is allocated; it's KDE-only for now, and it carries advertisements.

Too bad I can't use Konsole with CosmoPOD.com. They denied access to it for security reasons. By the way, the service uses FC4.
