View Full Version : Cowon S9

I just got a Cowon S9. So far I like it, but there are a few things I'm not sure how to deal with. When I copy my .ogg and .m3u files to the S9 music folder, everything seems to work fine, subject to file names not containing a ":", and certainly I can play the .ogg files, but...

1. They are all out of order.
2. They are all collected in a single album.
3. The .m3u files are not readable.

I have found various approaches on how to get the .m3u files to work, including downloading additional software, converting the .m3u files using unix2dos, etc. Since there are several approaches out there, I am really not sure which is the most sensible. Meanwhile, I have found no information on how to get the files copied to go into several albums. I would have thought that simply keeping them in separate folders would do the trick. If anyone has experience with the S9, and would like to share, that would be much appreciated. Thank you.
