I've been able to set up a "reverse remote connection" with Linux users, pretty easily, basically just following these instructions.

Since some of my family, friends, etc.. don't know how to open router ports, etc.. this keeps it fairly simple, as I can do it all on my end. How would I implement this for a Windows user?
