I have a AOC 24" HDTV which I want to use as a secondary display in Ubuntu 10.04, mainly for the purpose of watching movies, listening to music. But I have a problem with connecting my laptop to the HDTV through HDMI. I am not able to get the native resolution of the HDTV (1920 x 1080). It does display the desktop but the top panel, desktop icons and the bottom panel are not visible. The Audio works fine. Details as under :

Laptop Configuration :
Model : Toshiba E105-S1402
Intel Core2Duo P8400 2.26 Ghz.
4 GB DDR2 800 Mhz RAM
320 GB HDD
Intel GMA4500HD Integrated Graphics
Intel HD Audio (HDMI)
Realtek ALC 268 Audio
DVD Writer
Intel ICH9 Chipset
Ricoh Card Reader
Chicony Webcam
Synaptics Touchpad

Secondly, I am not able to connect to the internet using my Nokia N82 via Bluetooth. It works with a usb cable. And it also used to work with Ubuntu 10.10.

Please, Please, Please give me solutions to these because I have been using windows 7 for almost 2 years and just do not want to go back to Windows.

Also, give suggestions for using Nokia N82 as a Bluetooth Phone Remote Control.
