The title says most of it, but I am pretty bored, and I starts to get sick of gnometris, and tremolous... So I wanted to ask if anyone has a entertaining program og game...

You can always try Torcs, Wesnoth and Foobillard (all in the repositories), in terms of games.
If you're anything into music, you should try lmms (somewhat of a Fruity Loops clone) ;)

Torcs is an Okay game. Linux really neads some good racing games. Something that compares to Nascar 2003, NFS:III Hot Pursuit, or NFS:Underground.
When I have some free time, Frozen Bubble, LBreakout2, Neverball, and PlanetPenguin Racer (formerly "TuxRacer: Open Source Edition"), occupy my time.
They are a lot of fun. Various Quake based games are what I play otherwise. Nexuiz, Jedi Outcast, Elite Force, Half-Life/DoD 3/Counter-Strike 1.6.
Frozen Bubble = is a high quality game, where you shoot marbles at an upside down stack of marbles. Match the colors to make them fall. If the stack touches the bottom, you loose a life.
LBreakout2 = Is a breakout style game. It is also similiar to Pong. The goal is the clear out the blocks in each level. The ball bounces off of every surface it touches, with a steady velocity. You move a bar across the bottom, and you have to prevent the ball from traveling off the bottom of the screen.
Neverball = Is why I am writing these strange explanations. Neverball is a real nice looking 3D game. The goal is to collect all the coins, by making the ball roll into them. You don't control the ball, but the platform that the coins, and the ball are on. You tilt the platform to roll the ball. This makes it challenging, and quite fun. Some levels make use of some nice reflections, which dazzle. Okay, so its not Doom3, it is still pretty though.
PPRacer/TuxRacer = is a Penguin sledding game. You are Tux the Linux peguin. Your goal is to race down the hill or mountain as fast as possible, AND get as many Herring/fish as you can. This game is one of the simplest games out, and it is a blast to play. The original author is on to something here, and should release a version for the Gaming consoles. Every kid that has played it on my PC, has loved it. A lot more than NFS:U, etc...
Torcs = Is a 3D car racing game. One of the best Open Source racing games, if not the best. To get the best out of Torcs, you really have to install a few "mods", or car add-on packages. The default cars are not that great.
Wesnoth = Is a 2D turn-based strategy/adventure game. It is one of the most popular games in Linux right now. It has a VERY high quality, and polished feel to it, and it only keeps getting better.
Glest = Is a 3D real time strategy game. It reminds me of the later Warcraft games, for some reason. It is also very popular.
Nexuiz = Is a 3D Quake based shooter. It was based on the original Quake engine, after it was Open Sourced. It actually looks like a Quake 3 engine game, with all of its Curved surfaces, and lighting effects. With a proper video card, this rivals many games that are only 2 years old.

If you feel like ripping hair out of your skull, try neverball (same package installs neverputt).
Fun racing game, try tuxracer (also called planetpenguin-racer).

I recommend SuperTux, it's in the repositories. It's a game similar to Super Mario, but features Tux, the Linux mascot ;) And it supports fullscreen and the levels are very fun.

Check out Tremulous, it's standalone currently. FPS with Aliens vs Humans, with all the upgrades and evolving. In the genre as Gloom (Quake2) and Natural Selection (HL1). It uses Quake3 engine and looks really good, however doesn't run that well on my ATI card under Linux :(

Actually I mentioned Tremolous in my first post, but it is a great game, I think too... But after 4-5 hour of Tremolous, you don't think it is so funny anymore ;)

I might be offtopic here, but when I am really bored, I head over to #ubuntu-offtopic for some serious brain candy. You can find some real fun / interesting stuff being discussed there.

That's true, but just do something else for a few days and you'll want to play again.

with audacity, you can chop up pieces of music and rearrange them in all kinds of screwed up ways. there's always gimp and inkscape. or, you could try a bunch of window managers you never used before. as woody allen once suggested, you could always try farming, or sitting on an airhose.

apt-get install blast
Vent your frustration with programs by blowing holes in them
Blast lets you vent your frustration with programs by blowing holes in
them. With this program you can blast holes into any window in X. Holes become
permanent unless you repair them before you quit. You may move permanently
"damaged" windows and enjoy the view behind the holes.

hahaha blast
I was not impressed when I found out I had to remove the holes before I closed 'blast' or they become permanent.

ScummVM + just about any non-3d adventuregame from Lucasarts :cool:
2 adventures are in the repo (not from lucas, they were open sourced a while back and scummvm added support for them)
Flight of the Amazon Queen and Beneath a Steel Sky
Don't forget about the Sierra adventures, there is sarien and freesci (although I use DOSBox to get my sierra gaming fix, more compatible, but uses more CPU ;) )

Tried both of them, and my cpu is to weak for Liquid War (850 mhz and liquid war will work slow, and laggy)... But thanks about the tip about gl-117...
I would also want some funny/usefully applications wich can give me some eyecandy on my desktop sometimes and some other funny programs (not necessary game ;) )

Cowsay is a funny program:
_____________
< I am a duck >
-------------
\ / \ //\
\ |\___/| / \// \\
/0 0 \__ / // | \ \
/ / \/_/ // | \ \
@_^_@'/ \/_ // | \ \
//_^_/ \/_ // | \ \
( //) | \/// | \ \
( / /) _|_ / ) // | \ _\
( // /) '/,_ _ _/ ( ; -. | _ _\.-~ .-~~~^-.
(( / / )) ,-{ _ `-.|.-~-. .~ `.
(( // / )) '/\ / ~-. _ .-~ .-~^-. \
(( /// )) `. { } / \ \
(( / )) .----~-.\ \-' .~ \ `. \^-.
///.----..> \ _ -~ `. ^-` ^-_
///-._ _ _ _ _ _ _}^ - - - - ~ ~-- ,.-~
/.-~
and "fortune | cowsay" can be used to make your own customised Starwars screensaver! Or save a rant as a file and feed it to dadadodo. Makes for interesting reading ;)

Eyecandy?
Try superkaramba on KDE and gdesklets on Gnome.
EDIT : they may lag a bit if you do too much.. Be careful.

I prefer an old Windows classic, called Xgun.exe. The holes it creates are bullet holes, AND it removes those holes when Xgun is closed. It works in Wine just fine.
Unfortunately, it "freezes" the screen when it runs. It takes a snapshot of the desktop, and the holes are punched in the snapshot. Still, it is fun.
If blast had a fancier hole effect. I would prefer it. I like creating holes in the WM to get rid of the "square" feel. So I like that the holes remain, even after it closes. I'm going to have to create a script one of these days, to read a window's dimensions, and pass a target area to blast. So blast almost becomes part of the Window Manager.

Ooh! Anyone played Pingus? This is my fave at the mo. I always loved lemmings, and for a linux version (with little penguins running around blowing up!) is just great! And it is as good graphically/playably as the original :D

I love DosBox! :D Got about 1gb with oldies here, and now I can play the too :D
Anyway, I don't like day of the tentacle too much, I have played it, and I liked the first Maniac Mansion better. But I'd got that too ;) Anyway, thanks for the tip, but now I am gonna play the original Lemmings and Lotus 3 - The ultimate challenge :D

AisleRiot Solitaire. I'm not kidding, I'm actually addicted to Klondike.
Or you could get the wmDiscoTux plugin for XMMS. It's funny for about 3 minutes!

I recommend Savage 2 (http://savage2.s2games.org), it's an engrossing mix of FPS, strategy, and RPG -- and it's free.

However, if you got bored with Tremulous after only 4-5 hours, then I don't know how long you'll last with this either.
