I have a Dell XPS 1340 and I have installed 11.04. It is up to date. I am having problems with the sound. I have no sound from the speakers but the headphone jacks work. I posted a bug report here

If anyone has any ideas please help. I have tried a various settings for the options line in alsa-base.conf, always making sure to alsa force-reload and check alsamixer and turn up any dead channels. Thanks!
