ive been using ubuntu for about 2 years now, this is the most stupid thing i have done and i have no idea how to rectify it.

i just got a Dell inspiron duo and was playing about getting all my preferences sorted, applied my own appearance to it and set onboard to come up when i need it etc. i noticed in the default skin onboards full screen and minimize button was greyed out. when i changed the skin i decided to press it....and now i cant get it back to its original size.

ive tried to press the unrestore button (the one that replaces full screen) and i have completely removed onboard from the package manager and ive ran out of ideas

any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

But still. I am using Unity now, and still have the problem. I use OnBoard because sometimes I hook up my Ubuntu machine to a Smart Board where I work. Onboard is very nifty in cases where I don't want to walk over to the actual machine, BUT... If I maximizw OnBoard accidentally, there's nothing to do but to kill it in the terminal and then start it over - not very elegant in front of a bunch og high school kids!
