hi, can someone help me with a splash screen? i got this GDM Theme

and i wanted a splash to go with it. i was hoping to just have the top right-hand bit - the bit in the attachment below. can somone put abit more room underneath where the icons load at boot? with a thin blue line if possible below 'Debian' and maybe abit more room on either side too (left and right sides).
i'm just hoping to turn it into a splash to go with the GDM. can someone help me? i've got a splash screen with these dimentions that might look OK -
