Does anyone know of an audio conversion app that has a web UI?

Here's the deal: I have a headless server in the basement that holds all my media, personal webserver, does backups, etc. I rip and encode all my music to FLAC by default, which works fine for playing around the house on different computers/HTPC via the network. However, I have an MP3 player I use when I'm out and about and MP3s are much preferred for that device. I don't want to keep two copies of my entire library, but I like to switch out a couple albums a week. This currently means pulling the FLAC files to my desktop, converting them, and then copying to my MP3 player. It would be nice to have an app that runs on the server that I can access via web browser that lets me convert right on the server and then copy from the server to my MP3 player.

Any ideas?
