Hello, I have two email addresses that are setup exactly the same through Comcast. Why cannot I access one of them?

What sort of error does it give? Also what client are you using?

It says that it asks for an authentication to remember my password, it says "Fetching Mail", then it just sits and it acts like it sends, then it wants to verify me again, then even though it sits in my inbox, I am still not receiving mail any email from the second account.

What gives?? I would think it would tell me that I received the email at least.

I a using the Evolution client as well.

Sounds like your security settings are a bit off or you've got the wrong password. Or maybe the other account needs to allow access via POP or IMAP like Google does wit Gmail.

Hmm, but the second follows the first account exactly. Well, maybe I will try to re-create it. I will try that.

Sounds like your password or authentication method is wrong. I would double check the settings on the account to make sure.
