1.can any one tell me where i can get KDE 4.6 on ubuntu
2.i cant play GTA San andreas and Vice city because my caracter is moving forward without me controling him
3.i cant compile a opengl source code :S can any one help me
4.is there a good benchmark tool for linux

kde can be downloaded from their website and you should be able to find instructions on how to install it from source, if it doesnt say so you usually need "build-essential" to be installed before you can compile things on your system, that covers two of your question.

I cant help on gta, sorry, but it sounds like some sort of keypad, controller settings gone wrong or something.

as for the benchmark, that really depends on what you are looking for, is it to compare your system to others? you can install sysinfo, I think that has a small CPU benchmark utility but if you're looking for a massive benchmark utility then try out "phoronix test suite"
