Unable to autoscroll using Logitech Mouse in 10.10

Hi, I'm unable to use the autoscroll feature of my logitech mouse. I'm so used to having this in windows and it is not functioning in ubuntu 10.10. It's a left click, right click, and center wheel mouse. I want to be able to click the center wheel button and have it scroll a web page. I'm using Chromium.

Ok, I found this to help anyone. Seems to be working fine but also says it can access your information on all sites. Does that mean my preferences or everything i do on the web???
