Hi Ubuntu'ers!

I've only recently been using linux (specifically ubuntu). A couple days ago, a friend of mine showed me his GVim setup, which he uses for all his editing tasks. I wanted to see if there was some sort of gallery or collection of various vi vim or gvim configurations, but after a quick search, nothing comprehensive came up.

It would be wonderful if there was a thread where people can post a screenshot of their gvim setup, and corresponding configuration files so that others can see the possibilities of vim and experts can share their experience.

If there's already a thread for this that I missed, feel free to reply with a link.

Thanks in advance for sharing!

You can find an archive of user contributed .vimrc files here (http://dotfiles.org/.vimrc). The site used to have descriptions of the what the user thinks is "special" about the specific file; hopeuflly that functionality will be restored soon.
