View Full Version : [ubuntu] I need drivers for Vidio VIA/s3g unichrome pro IGP

Well I haven't tried these yet but I have looked at three possible drivers. In the Via linux portal (which I believe is the VIA Company portal )l they have drivers that support up through 9.04. Then there is the unichrome project they have a build from 8/26/06 ) 0.2.6. Then I have the x-org driver either the 1:0.6.99 (which I think is feisty) or the 0.2.6.99-0ubuntu1_i386.deb. (which I also think is feisty)I have this one downloaded ready to install. Can anyone tell me which one to use or other drivers that you know of. I have a Emachine T3104 with sempron 3100 with 256 mb ddr sdram. Also via/s3g unichrome pro IGP K8M800 Video card on the mother board. I'm two days into Linux so keep it simple
