Hi!
I've been launching my project at boot-up with gnome-terminal -x /home/me/my_program, but now I don't need the terminal anymore, and just I want to launch /home/me/my_program.
Using gnome-terminal I get an average CPU usage of less than 1%. But launching the program directly, the CPU usage goes up to 60-70%. Besides that, I run out of memory in about 10 minutes.
The only difference is launching the program directly (for example alt+F2 -> /home/me/my_program), or from a gnome-terminal.
Any ideas?
