I'm looking for an app that can recursively dig down into a folder filled with folders filled with m4a tunes and convert them all to mp3 tunes. Does such a thing exist?

Hi
Winff and SoundConverter can do this OK.

Thank you.

Winff describes itself as video converter. It's not clear to me whether it's also good at audio file format conversions, nor whether it can automatically recurse a directory structure and convert all the files found.

Soundconverter doesn't look like it will automatically recurse directories, either. Can't tell for sure from the online documentation.

I have a couple hundred folders with m4a's in them and life is too short to sit around and point a program at one folder after another, or add files one at a time.

Winff won't do the recursive thing.
SoundConverter will.
