help me with this please i cant compile squld 3 on ubuntu server 9.04 with enabling arp acl and ssl

please please i need help

You realize ubuntu 9.04 server is EOL and no longer supported.

BUT the rezone of using 9.04 that i can menage chmod through webmin but in 10.4 i cant

please please i need help

squid 3 works fine with me under 10.10 x64 and have 2x acl running but no sure with arp & ssl i know where your coming from with webmin :)

From terminal window / commands
sudo apt-get install squid3 (this will give you squid 3)
sudo apt-get install squid (this will give you squid 2x.x.x) give this ago :)
