Done with Wubi/ Re-install Ubuntu all together

I have spent many sleepless night looking for solutions for Nvidia graphics, Ns2, Mic issues and many others. Now everything works fine

I want to make a back up bootable dvd and allocate may be 150GB to linux system ( now it has 17GB from wubi) and re-install Linux as dual boot with all the packages that I already have on Ubuntu.

Is there a way I can do that. Please do help me. Thank you.

p.s. : If I am not clear on the requirement, please do let me know.

You can migrate your wubi install once you've created your new partition: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1519354
