You're looking for a Unzipping program? Why don't you try using 7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org/), it has a free Windows version

P.D. Sorry for my bad english, i'm not a native English speaker

windows can unzip .zip files by default. If you want to unzip different types of archives, I personally like IZarc. Check it out.

One of the first things I always install when installing a new windows copy is 7-zip...I don't understand all those people who still install WinZIP or WinRAR...blows my mind

This answers your question, and other similar questions that a long-time Ubuntu user may have. It's from 4chan, but I don't believe there is any profanity or other NSFW stuff on it.

7-zip is the first thing it suggests.

Removed the Link, as it was saying how to obtain a pirated copy of Win7. - Charles

7-zip also has an extremely stable x64 version as well. I suggest using it like the others.
