So, I am working on a project in netbeans using java and XML. I was hoping to use JAXB however for whatever reason JAXB is not an option on my kubuntu system. However, on my windows machine I can use JAXB w/out any problem. Yes, I have java 1.6.?? and netbeans 6.9 on both my windows and kubuntu partition and note that in after java 1.5 JAXB is include in j2SE so I should not need to install java web services.
Anyone have any thoughts about what is going on here?
