It appears the time on the forum is at least +10 minutes out.

hmm... for me it matched my system clock exactly (+ 5 hours since I'm in east-coast america)

The time zones are correct, just the minutes are out.

It is indeed out by 10-12 minutes.
What would also be nice is to be able to switch to 24h time display (the default in my region). I'm often confused by the AM/PM notation.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I meant that the minutes are exactly on for me. Every time I've checked in the past couple days (about 5 times) the most it's been off is one minute.

Are you sure that the time on your computer is correct?
I can still see a 10 minute or more difference, and my comp time is correct.

Yes, I see this too, the post time shows around 10-15 mins in the future.
