Grub2 and not legacy I'm sure GNU GRUB Manual (http://www.gnu.org/software/grub/manual/html_node/)

I would like to have Grub manage the boot record.

Doesn't Windows replace every bootmanager with its own? Also, I've heard of Wingrub, it might work.
