Preview: Dapper IceWM theme

I'm working on an IceWM theme for Ubuntu users with slower machines who still want to enjoy Dapper's fancy new art. It's not complete yet, but quite close:

It's not 100% finished yet, but looks quite nice. The main missing feature right now is the titlebar buttons changing colour when rolled over/ pressed.
