Hello all.

I have a problem with apache2 and the status module. I have the status module enabled, but when I try to view it, I get an error 500. When I check my apache logs, I get:

[Sun Dec 19 14:25:05 2010] [error] [client 127.0.0.1]
Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error.
Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary.
Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace.

Contents of /etc/apache2/mods-available/status.conf

<IfModule mod_status.c>
#
# Allow server status reports generated by mod_status,
# with the URL of http://servername/server-status
# Uncomment and change the ".example.com" to allow
# access from other hosts.
#
<Location /server-status>
SetHandler server-status
Order deny,allow
Deny from all
Allow from localhost
Allow from .mydomainname.tld
</Location>

</IfModule>

Any ideas? For some reason I seem to be the only one with this issue, as Google has failed me, and I can't find anything that sounds similar to what's happening to me.

I'm running Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS and Apache/2.2.14 (Ubuntu)
