Copying problem. Most probably a really daft thing to ask, but when copying large files from my nasbox (running freenas ver 0.686.4) to my new small form pc running ubuntu 10.04lts amd64 on a asuus AT3N7A-i Mother board with on-board chip atom 330, 2gb ram, 2tb western digital (green) hard drive. Its just a small media pc with a free view tv card, energy efficient as its switched on all the time. Any way never had any problems like this before, with other more standard pc's. When copying large files from my nasbox to the new pc it just stops all network activity about half way but does not show any errors. Have to log out then back in or restart only I don't even know where to start looking. thanks for any help Lee.

Is something going to sleep after a period of keyboard, mouse, inactivity? Power management functions? bios power settings?
