Wacom - Set button 2 to Pan/Scroll?

I have a Bamboo Fun Pen & Touch.

In windows there is an option to configure button 2 on the pen to a "Pan/Scroll" mode.
(With the button pressed and hold down the button, you can no scroll up and down on a page by movin the pen or down.)

Is this possible to configure such behavior under Ubuntu too?
