The list isn't Ubuntu specific, so not as useful as one might hope.

Transgaming implements many of the tweaks/hacks that are freely available on Google, UbuntuForums.

Right now, the best killer games available for Ubuntu are World of Warcraft and Half-Life 2, whether using Cedega or Wine. Everyone has their own opinion though.
