I installed Ubuntu with the Swedish Eliminate Dead Keys layout as my standard layout. On my own user account I changed the keyboard layout to Swedish Dvorak. I removed the Swedish Eliminate Dead Keys layout on my account.

So far so good. But on every login Ubuntu adds the Swedish Eliminate Dead Keys layout again. It's a bit annoying. Any ideas how to remove it?

+1 here. US layout notebook, sometimes I attach an external ES keyboard and randomly switches back to US. Is definitely annoying in EVERYDAY tasks. Saw the bug un launchpad, it's marked as "low" priority (not enough non-us users?).
