Hiya Everyone,

I currently own an Epson Stylus SX100 Multifunction Printer, Scanner, Copier (which I can confirm works well with Ubuntu 10.04, but printer ink monitor software or good guess work is required to tell when ink cartridges are empty) and maybe looking to upgrade for one with a screen.

Can anyone tell me if any of the following work with Ubuntu 10.04 from a standard install (no with additional drivers needed):

Epson Stylus SX415
Epson Stylus SX218
Epson Stylus SX425W
Epson Stylus SX515W

Thank you in Advance, Nightstrike2009

Hi. I'm using Ubuntu 10.10, my SX218 printer & copier works out of the box but no joy yet with the scanner - see http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1713114&highlight=sx218

Hope this late response is still of use.

If you update all the packages on ubuntu 10.04 it works too.
