Ok, I'm a total noob to all things linux. I opened up my terminal and ran the code for using EasyLinux program thing:
sudo apt-get install subversion
cd ; svn checkout svn://freecontrib.org/easyubuntu
gksudo python easyubuntu/trunk/easyubuntu.py
..and it did its thing. Now where do i go or what do I run?

That's a rather broad question... So let me answer with another question.
Where do you want to go, and what would you like to run? :)
If something's not working right, we can help you out. But you gotta toss us a bone to chew on, first.

Well, mostly I was looking for video codecs (avi, wmp, mov, etc) and it felt like that was something easy to use to find them. Also in the screenshot on the main page it showed a few other tabs I wanted to take a look at.
I just head that Easy Ubuntu was... well, easy!
Been at this all afternoon, finally getting the hang of things.
